In Chinese medicine the sweet flavour is linked to cravings, addictions, satisfaction and comfort also to the organs of the stomach/spleen. The colour is orange and late summer is the time of year representing the abundant , sweet harvest of mother earth.

In this first lesson will cover the theory of why we crave the sweet stuff according to Traditional Chinese Medicine and how we can take steps to stop an addictive cycle.
