live online course: find your flow & live well with parkinson's
Real support, Real people, Real transformation.
Dates: TBA
(6 Modules over 3 Months Online)
This isn’t just an online course, we are live to breathe, to move, to get some space and reconnect, whether you’re living with Parkinson’s or walking alongside someone who is.
Over 12 weeks, we show up together; myself (Davy, who lives with Parkinson’s) and Jo (Qi Gong teacher and Chinese medicine practitioner). We’ll help you find more ease, energy, and joy in daily life right where you are.
A Rare Offering, Rooted in Real Life
This course is something we pour our hearts into, because it’s built on our own lived experience. We only run it once a year, and we keep the group small (just 10 tickets) so we can show up fully, listen deeply, and walk beside you every step of the way.
The practices in this programme have been shaped by years of exploring what truly helps, not in theory, but in our kitchen, our morning practice, and our daily life with Parkinson’s. Everything we teach is doable, adaptable, and rooted in care to Find our Flow and Live Well With Parkinson’s.

MODULE 1
The first module sets the foundation for the course, addressing key challenges such as difficulty with balance, rigidity, and stress, common struggles for those with Parkinson’s. (Wednesday 8th Oct / 7.30pm Irish Time)
Stepping into the unknown can feel daunting, but you are not alone. In this intimate, supportive group, we’ll begin by getting to know one another, sharing experiences, and setting the stage for the transformation ahead. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, have been living with Parkinson’s for years, or are a caregiver supporting a loved one, this is a space for understanding, encouragement, and empowerment.
The way we breathe affects everything—our energy, our mobility, even our ability to stay grounded when Parkinson’s tries to pull us off balance. By practicing breathing and movement together, you’ll build a solid foundation for the rest of the course, strengthening your mind-body connection in a way that medication alone can’t achieve.
This week, we introduce Abdominal & Wave Breathing and “Walking Through Tall Grass”, simple yet powerful practices that:
✔ Calms the nervous system and reduces stress-related tremors
✔ Improves oxygen flow to the brain for mental clarity and focus
✔ Promotes smooth, controlled movement, helping prevent freezing episodes
✔ Reduces the freeze response through deliberate, exaggerated movement
✔ Encouraging better posture and stability
✔ Activating a different part of the brain to re-route movement patterns
Why Module 1 Matters
This first module sets the tone for everything to come—it’s where you’ll begin to reconnect with your body, regain control over movement, and build confidence in your ability to thrive.
✅ You’ll walk away with:
- Practical tools to improve balance, breathing, and mobility
- Simple yet powerful food & lifestyle changes to support your nervous system
- A supportive community that understands exactly what you’re going through
Support videos include: Raw Chocolate Seed Bombs – A delicious, natural energy booster packed with magnesium, healthy fats, and antioxidants to support brain health and nerve function. We introduce Loving Kindness Meditation, a practice that:
✔ Rewires the brain for greater resilience and emotional balance
✔ Releases tension that contributes to freezing and stiffness
✔ Promotes relaxation and self-compassion, helping you navigate your journey with greater ease
MODULE 2
is all about strengthening our foundation—building roots that support balance, mobility, and overall well-being.
Introducing acupressure techniques to activate key meridian points that
✔ Gently stimulates circulation to reduce stiffness and rigidity
✔ Helps reset nerve communication, improving coordination
✔ Encourages relaxation and deeper body awareness
✔ Supports better balance and grounding
✔ Helps the body release excess tension and improve stability
✔ Energizes the lower back and legs, reducing fatigue and weakness
By activating these pathways, we improve energy flow and reconnect with the body’s natural rhythm.
The feet anchor us to the earth, yet Parkinson’s often weakens their connection. This week, we focus on three powerful acupressure points on the feet: A simple foot routine using these points can reduce swelling, improve mobility, and even enhance sleep.
✔ Liver 3 – Releases tension, improves circulation, and enhances focus
✔ Kidney 3 – Supports energy levels and helps with freezing episodes
✔ Spleen 3 – Boosts digestion and helps regulate fluid balance
Why Module 2 Matters
As Parkinson’s challenges the body, our focus shifts to supporting strength, stability, and resilience. Through a combination of Qi Gong, acupressure, food medicine, and community support, you’ll begin to notice:
✅ Improved balance and confidence in movement
✅ Less stiffness and more fluidity in daily activities
✅ A deeper connection to your body’s needs and signals
✅ More energy and vitality—without relying solely on medication
This is about taking control of your health, one step at a time.
Support videos include: Gomasio condiment and Bone Broth for core bone and nerve strength. While “Quan Yin Draws Rainbow” Qi Gong practice adds a layer of emotional and energetic balance.
MODULE 3
focuses on one of the biggest challenges with Parkinson’s, getting deep, restorative sleep.
Sleep disturbances are one of the most frustrating aspects of Parkinson’s—waking up stiff, struggling to turn in bed, or spending hours restless and exhausted. This week, we focus on regaining control over sleep, using gentle movement, acupressure, and natural remedies to calm the nervous system and invite deep rest.
We’ll check in, share progress, and refine our Qi Gong practices, ensuring that the techniques are working for you. Plus we’ll add “Connecting Heaven & Earth” to relax the nervous system.
Parkinson’s often brings overactive thoughts and nighttime restlessness. Learning acupressure points help relax the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and promote deeper sleep.
✔ Large Intestine 4 (He Gu / Union Valley) – Releases tension in the head and shoulders, helping the body transition into rest mode
✔ Heart 7 (Shen Men, Spirit Gate, Mind Door) – Calms the heart and soothes emotional stress, making it easier to fall and stay asleep;
We will combine the acupressure points with a simple breathing practice. Just a few minutes of gentle acupressure and breathing practices, before bed can be a game-changer.
Why Module 3 Matters
Sleep isn’t just about rest—it’s the foundation for healing, energy, and movement. When you improve your sleep, you’ll notice:
✅ Less fatigue and brain fog
✅ More ease in movement and flexibility upon waking
✅ Fewer nighttime interruptions and discomfort
✅ A deeper sense of peace and calm throughout your day
This module gives you practical tools to take back control of your nights—so you wake up feeling stronger, steadier, and more alive.
Support Videos include: Food Medicine: Lettuce Tea, known for its natural sedative properties, and Psyllium with hot water to support digestion and ease constipation, because gut health and sleep go hand in hand. Plus The Healing Sounds practice will round out the session, offering a powerful tool to quiet the mind and prepare for restful nights.
MODULE 4
dives deep into the power of acupressure for brain health, emotional balance, and core well-being.
In our live session, we’ll focus on a Qi Gong routine that energises the body while calming the mind, followed by specific acupressure techniques for the hands, heart, and head. These points are known to support cognitive function, reduce stress, and promote relaxation.
Acupressure for the Hands, Heart & Head
These targeted techniques reduce stiffness, boost circulation, and clear brain fog.
✔ Hand Acupressure – Stimulating key points to restore dexterity and reduce rigidity.
✔ Heart Acupressure – Opening the chest to improve circulation, reduce anxiety, and balance emotions.
✔ Head Acupressure – Activating brain points to clear mental fog and improve focus.
Healing Sounds Practice – Releasing Emotional Blockages
By combining breath, vibration, and sound, we can transform negative emotions that can get trapped in tension filled muscles. Learn to release stress, move on from difficult past situations and restore inner balance. This simple practice helps quiet the nervous system and promotes emotional stability.
Why Module 4 Matters
By working with acupressure, healing sounds, and food medicine, you’ll notice:
✅ Less tension and stiffness in the hands and body
✅ A clearer mind with fewer moments of brain fog
✅ Better emotional regulation and a sense of calm
This session gives you the tools to take control of your health—one breath, one movement, and one meal at a time.
Support Videos include: Hug in a Pot (Chicken, Rice & Cashews) ; A nourishing, warming meal that supports nerve repair and boosts energy levels plus Brain Acupressure Routine
